They met during a normal everyday occurrence. He was instructing a fitness class, and Sara joined. It was an instant connection and they quickly became not just each other's lover, but also best friends. The sun started to dip down behind San Jacinto Mountain, casting Palm Springs in a warm golden glow as Sara and Leo's wedding guests took their seats at the Monroe Hotel. Leo took his place on the stage alongside his friend who was officiating their ceremony. He looking past each groomsmen and bride anxiously awaiting his bride. And sure enough, the moment he saw the beautiful women he was going to commit the rest of his life to step through the gateway in her handmade pink and white wedding dress, the tears of joy started flowing. They both were crying from the start as they shared with each other and their guests how it was love at first sight the moment they met, and how happy they made each other. Sara and Leonard were so caught up in the emotion they even kissed during the middle of the vows! Their officiant jokingly reminded them they had to wait until the end of the ceremony. The rest of their celebration was spent with their guests sharing stories of the wonderful qualities of this couple, and how touched they are to have them as friends.
