Daniel and Sharon's story started almost five years ago, in a college campus game room. From how the groom tells it, it was pretty much love at first sight. They met and spent an evening besting each other at the sport of ping pong. They started dating a few weeks later, and have been head over heels in love for each other since then. Their church wedding ceremony was officiated by a close missionary friend, and was a time to share the deep commitment they made to each other in the sight of God. The guests also pledged to support the couple’s union. The wedding was full of personal touches. Sharon’s dress and flower crown veil was originally worn by her mother on her own wedding day. The dress was altered to change the 80s era poufy sleeves with a classy lace. The red and white silk roses filling the bride and bridesmaids’ bouquets were hand arranged by a close family friend. Their Donut Cake was also created by one on the bridesmaids, and the husband and wife duckies atop it reflected a longstanding set of nicknames amongst the bridal party and Sharon’s family. Their reception was filled with stories, both sweet and amusing, of the bride and groom from their wedding guests. The reception room was elegantly decorated by the groom’s family. After the traditional dances, spending time with their guests, the bouquet and garter toss, and a hysterical round of the shoe game, the couple were sent off on their honeymoon, with everyone overjoyed to finally see them happily married. Daniel and Sharon, always keep giving each other warm hugs and snuggles, and enjoy your new life together! Congratulations! If you liked this post, you may also like:
